Tonight I heard a talk about an Unthinkable Endeavor: the Great Commission. Jesus invites us to follow Him wholeheartedly and to be a part of something so huge: His redemption of the whole world and each one of us has our part in it. Wow. I so want to be a part of this to the fullest. I want to know Him more so that others can do the same. I want to be a vessel of His (ALL for Him for ONLY Him!) I pray he will use me to stir up a passion in His people for His glory.
I pray God that You will stir in me a passion for your people. I want (almost but not quite as much as YOU want) to see you lifted up among the nations for the sake of your glory. You are the only one worthy! You are growing and changing me and growing my roots deep down into the soil of your truth, only to provide MORE and MORE life that I can draw from only you. Take me deeper Lord.
